It was published the Royal Decree-Law 18/2020, of 12 May, on social measures in defense of employment regarding temporary employment regulation files (“ERTEs”), based on the causes included in article 22 of Royal Decree-Law 8/2020, of 17 March, regarding extraordinary emergency measures to address the economic and social impact of COVID-19 during de-confinement.
We will now analyze some of these measures.
