FONT & YILDIZ arose as a commitment of the firms, FONT ABOGADOS Y ECONOMISTAS, S.L.P and AY ADVICE & CONSULTANCY, S.L., to complement each other, expanding the catalog of joint services, in order to offer our foreign clients global legal advice in Spain, and our national clients the broadest advice on international matters.
FONT ABOGADOS Y ECONOMISTAS, S.L.P, was created in 2007, taking over from FONT ASESORES FISCALES, S.L. which had been constituted in 1993. From that moment on, the professional services of tax, commercial and accounting advice, provided by the latter, were provided by FONT ABOGADOS Y ECONOMISTAS, S.L.P, converting FONT ASESORES FISCALES, S.L. into a media and intermediary company.
The team of FONT ABOGADOS Y ECONOMISTAS SLP has always had a recognized specialization in Tax Law, due to the experience of its founding partner, Jordi Font Bardía, as a result of his condition of Financial and Tax Inspector on leave of absence, and having held various positions of responsibility in the State Agency of Tax Administration (AEAT).
